Every plan has all of Cueday. The only difference is how many hours of finished film you deliver to couples through Cueday galleries each year.
We’ll be in touch shortly.
Most videographers pay for a CRM and a separate video delivery service, often $50–100 a month together. Cueday is both.
No. Your raw footage and project files stay in your own Google Drive or Dropbox. Hours only count finished films you deliver to couples in a Cueday gallery.
About 10 GB for each hour of film, so roughly 200 GB a year on Cueday Pro and 600 GB on Cueday Studio. We count running time instead of file size, so a 4K export doesn’t cost you more than a 1080p one.
Nothing stops working. We’ll let you know when you’re close, and you can add 10 more hours for $99 (good for a year) or move up to Cueday Studio. Films you’ve already delivered stay online either way.
The moment you send a gallery to your couple, not while you’re still putting it together. Add, swap and remove films as much as you like before then. Once a gallery is sent, its films count, and deleting one later doesn’t give the time back. Films you add to a gallery after it’s sent count when you publish them. Hours reset every year on your plan date.
Not for a long time. Every gallery stays online for 3 years after you deliver it. Near the end, we invite your couple to keep it online longer for a small yearly fee that they pay, not you. Rather cover it for them? You can keep your couples’ galleries online for them, for a yearly fee added to your Cueday bill. If a couple doesn’t extend, we still keep everything for one more year in case they just didn’t get around to it, and we remind them before anything is removed. All along, we encourage couples to keep their own copy, with an easy step-by-step that saves their films and photos to their Google Drive or Dropbox.
You get 14 days free with everything in Cueday. Add a card to start; you won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
