Questions

Good to know.

Do I need to use Cueday already?

You need an account, but it’s free to make. If you don’t have one yet, your free month starts the moment you create it with the email on your agreement. Already subscribed? We add your free month before your next charge.

How do the free galleries work?

You get 2. They don’t expire, and they work without a subscription. A free gallery is only used when you make or send a gallery while you don’t have a subscription. Anything you do during your free month or while subscribed doesn’t use them up. Send a free gallery to your couple’s email from Cueday, and it stays online like any Cueday gallery.

What happens after my free month?

Your clients, files and everything you made stay put. Clients, the Client Journey, proposals, contracts, invoices and your storefront need a monthly subscription to keep running. Your free galleries keep working either way.

Do I need a card?

Not for your free month or your free galleries. Near the end of the month we’ll remind you. Add a card then to keep everything going at your founders price, or don’t, and nothing is charged.

What does “founders price for life” mean?

If you subscribe after your free month, your monthly price stays at $17/mo for Cueday Pro or $29/mo for Cueday Studio, even when our prices go up for others, for as long as you keep your subscription going without a break.

Will you post my galleries on social media?

No. Your galleries are shown only on Cueday’s inspiration pages on cueday.io, credited and linked to you. On social media we may share a screenshot of a gallery’s cover image, and that’s it. We never post your photos or films.

Is there a contract?

A short, plain-English agreement you accept with one tap. It says which galleries you’ll share, what you get, how we show your work (always credited to you), and that either of us can end it any time.

Which galleries can I share?

Only ones your couples are happy to have shown publicly, with music you have the rights to. You keep ownership of everything, and we’ll take anything down if you ask.
