Why do I set it up on a computer?

Building your workflow, forms and pages is easiest on a big screen, so Cueday runs on your computer. Your couples’ side — portal, forms and galleries — works on any phone. We’ll email you the link so it’s waiting when you sit down.

What does it cost after the free trial?

A monthly or yearly plan, with everything on this page included. A card is needed to start the trial, and there’s no charge until it ends.

Can I bring my existing clients?

Yes. Export a CSV from HoneyBook, Dubsado or your spreadsheet and import it. Cueday sorts couples into stages, and imported clients get no emails from Cueday until you say so.

Is it hard to switch?

No. Connect Google Drive or Dropbox in a few clicks and new couples get their folders automatically. Imported clients get theirs with one click — or link the folders you already have.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Billing, whenever you like. Cancel during your trial and you won’t be charged. Anything Cueday saved to your Drive or Dropbox stays there.

Google Drive or Dropbox?

Either, or both. Everything Cueday makes goes to every service you connect. The client table is a Google Sheet on Drive and an Excel file on Dropbox.

Can Cueday see the rest of my Google Drive?

No. On Google Drive, Cueday can only see the folders and files it creates. You can disconnect any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
