When is my founder spot saved?
When you start your 14-day free trial. A card is needed to start it, and there's no charge until it ends. Making an account alone doesn't hold a spot, so the count above only goes down when someone really starts.
What does “for life” mean?
Your $17/mo$149/yr price stays the same for as long as your plan stays active, even after the price goes up to $35/mo$349/yr for new studios. If you cancel, or switch between monthly and yearly later, you'd get the price at that time.
What happens after 200?
The founders price closes and new studios pay the regular $35/mo$349/yr. The spots count on this page is live: it shows real trials, not a timer.
Is the free gallery really free?
Yes. Every founder keeps 1 gallery they can make and send without a plan, any time. Like every Cueday gallery, it stays online for 3 years, and the couple can keep it going after that.
How much film can I deliver?
20 hours of finished film a year, about 20 weddings. Films count when you send the gallery. Raw footage in your own Drive or Dropbox and photos don't count.
Why do I set it up on a computer?
Building your workflow, forms and galleries is easiest on a big screen, so Cueday runs on your computer. Your couples' side (galleries, forms and portal) works on any phone. We'll email you the link so it's waiting when you sit down.
Do couples need an app or an account?
No. They open the link in any browser, on their phone or computer. Add a password if you want one, and turn downloads on or off.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Export a CSV from HoneyBook, Dubsado or your spreadsheet and import it. Imported clients get no emails from Cueday until you say so.
